Unfortunately, the seller was not timely with responding, and I could not get the needed items for the web design I ordered. I approved the order because the seller wrote that if I agreed to accept delivery, he would still help and give support for 24 hours, and I had worked with him before, so I had no reason to doubt him. Immediately, I asked him for the fonts and my background image (altered for design). He said it would cost more because it was extra work. I can't entirely agree because these are things needed for the design, but I offered to pay him anyway. Finally, after asking the seller for days and letting him know the project is being held up, he told me to work with someone else

The Client's original instructions was to tweak and redo the about us and practice area of a website, thats exactly what i did, he even asked for additional works that are not on the original instructions.. i did them anyway for free... When the client have approved the design, he told me my design looks nice so i finalized and deliver the files.. After delivery he keeps on asking for additional works, additional files, fonts, backgrounds and fully editable source files that were not included on the original quote and instructions.. I redesigned the entire website in the end and he keeps on asking for more work, more files, source files after delivery and he expect them to be free..
