:HIRE HIM! Working with Akash was great! I ended up having to push the project back by a week and he was not only very accommodating, he was very communicative the entire time. I'm in Los Angeles and even with a full 12 hour time difference, he was STILL making sure to get everything to me on time, even if it meant he was up late or lost some sleep. (Which I felt very bad about but he was pleasant the entire time, no complaints!) I cannot recommend his work enough.
