Communication was okay, the rest was not. They were not able to get to the quality level their profile suggests they can reach. The design is horrible itself, and their awareness for slide layouts is even worse. Ultimately, they were not willing to give any discounts and somehow the result was automatically accepted by fiverr despite my request for refund (not sure why that happened). Clearly stay away from this seller if you want anything usable!
